Rooted in Heritage: Meet Eva Garrett
Eva Nyrie Garrett is a Master Herbalist, Naturopath, and Holistic Wellness Leader from North Minneapolis. She is the founder of Natural Me Apothecary, a family-run herbal wellness space she operates alongside her husband, Robert Garrett.
Eva blends herbal medicine, plant-based nourishment, education, and accessible sliding-scale services to help individuals and families reclaim their health. Rooted in lived experience and community care, Eva’s work centers the belief that food is medicine and healing is a birthright.

Eva has been a gift and a God send. I explained what my issues were and she provided me with the things I needed. I prefer natural over chemical. She has my hair growing and my anxiety is at ease She is the truth! She made an all natural hair spray for me, I was losing hair in my crown. I also purchased elderberry syrup and it is truth. I bought the yoni steam and it was very refreshing.

Natural Me products are amazing. I bought some products a few months back. Right after I bought products my daughter was put on some medication that was causing her skin to peel and crack really bad. She used some of the body butter let me tell you it was amazing stopped the peeling and cracking on her skin and was kept moisturized. I use the sage sticks and the yoni absolutely love it. Please check out her products she is the real thing. I also sat and talked to her she is very knowledgeable about the herbs she uses in her products which was huge for me.
