Eva Nyrie Garrett is a Master Herbalist, Naturopath, Educator, Author, and community wellness leader rooted in North Minneapolis. Her journey didn’t begin in a classroom, it began in lived experience: growing up in survival mode, growing food in her backyard, serving families through Appetite for Change, and learning from elders and the land itself. Through years of study, practice, and service, she deepened her knowledge of herbal medicine and built Natural Me Apothecary as a space where culture, community, and healing come together.

Meet Eva Garrett, the visionary founder of Natural Me Apothecary. With a deep-rooted passion for holistic health and community empowerment, Eva has dedicated her life to creating spaces where individuals can thrive, heal, and connect.
Eva’s journey into herbalism and holistic healing began as a quest for personal well-being. Growing up in North Minneapolis, Eva witnessed firsthand the health disparities and systemic barriers faced by her community. Determined to make a difference, she embarked on a path of self-discovery, exploring the healing power of herbs and natural remedies.
Driven by her love for plants and a desire to share their gifts with others, Eva founded Natural Me Apothecary as a sanctuary for holistic wellness. Drawing on her background in herbalism and community organizing, she set out to create a space where individuals could access the healing wisdom of nature while building connections with one another.
